Have you ever felt that something was different about yourself, but you couldn't quite figure out what it was? Did this awareness at times make you feel down right uncomfortable? That's the feeling that I started to get before I started my transformational journey. I started to question everything that I was doing, everyone that was around me and everything that I believed about myself. I went into sort of an isolation. I limited my interactions with friends, I read a lot of books about spirituality and self-awareness and I noticed that I started to become more spiritually sensitive. It was literally an awakening and to be honest, it kind of scared me. I started to become more aware of the authentic power that I had and wondered if there were more women out there like me who weren't even aware of their inherent gifts!
I started a holistic wellness and coaching certification program in 2015 at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and quickly discovered that life coaching was my passion. Helping women to know themselves and what they are capable of is so fulfilling and has become my life's work. Being able to witness divine awakening in another human being is such a personal experience and I am blessed and truly grateful to be a part of it.
I am a believer in the notion that there is nothing that women can't do! We are true healers and nurturers and have the ability to heal the world. But first we have to start with healing and nurturing ourselves.
My intention is to create an environment of love, support and direction for those that need it. Through education, workshops and one on one coaching, I will be able to assist women of all ages in being more successful in their lives and in the lives of their loved ones so that in turn, they will be able to be a better asset to their families and their communities, essentially transforming the world in which we live.
